Employment: Full Time

On a behalf of high-profile client, we are looking for outstanding Hospitality Coordinator, to hire urgently, it is preferable to have work experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC.

Our client is seeking a Senior Hospitality Coordinator are the liaisons between hotels, resorts and other hospitality businesses and their guests. They’re responsible for making sure that every guest has a positive experience while staying at the property. This often involves handling requests from guests—everything from extra towels to late checkout—as well as coordinating with staff members on everything from cleaning rooms to stocking supplies.

Job Duties:
• Coordinating with other staff members to ensure that all aspects of an event run smoothly
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a hotel or other hospitality establishment, such as a restaurant or store
• Assisting with the planning and organizing of special events, such as weddings or conventions
• Maintaining a list of potential clients and suggesting appropriate services based on their needs and preferences
• Ensuring that all facilities are clean and presentable at all times
• Preparing expense reports based on actual costs or projected estimates of expenses for certain events or activities
• Managing employee schedules and payrolls for different departments within an establishment
• Scheduling staff to work specific shifts and ensuring that they have the proper training for their position
• Coordinating with catering staff to ensure that all food is prepared as requested


• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
• 2-3 years experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
