JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Manage full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, manpower planning and training and development
- Implement HR policies, procedures and strategies aligning with business direction
- Provide advice and support on all HR issues
- Ensure HR practices and operations are efficient and effective

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience in sizable company, with at least 3 years at managerial level
- PRC experience is a must
- Excellent knowledge of Admin & HR, Employment Ordinance in KSA
- Excellent command of both written and verbal English, Cantonese and Mandar

SGN's main line of business is the manufacturing, marketing and sale of nonwoven fabrics used in hygiene, industrial and agricultural products. Our products are marketed in Saudi Arabia and around the world.
