JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The Manager Human Resources and Administration is responsible to manage and coordinate Companys human resources function across sub-functions such as recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and administration to meet Companys business requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field, Masters degree is preferred.
- Ten years experience in HR.
- HR experience in Start-up Company is highly preferred
- Thorough knowledge of governmental organizations, laws, policies and procedures
- Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Development
- Compensation & Benefits
- HR Strategy Management
- Employee Relations
- Organization Development
- Succession Planning
- Fluent in Arabic and English - speaking, reading, writing
