JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our Client, a Multinational manufacturer, is looking to hire an HR Business Partner.

The HR Business Partner will provide a comprehensive HR service to the Plant. He will be the established capability expert and lead employee relations with employees and employee groups. The role will also involve being a contributor to the development of regional HR capability.

Main Responsibilities:
- Guide, advise and support the plant leadership team to develop, improve and deliver best in class HR capability and services which are 100% compliant.
- Build, develop and coach, the HR team ensure the HR function is staffed with the right people, performing the right roles.
- Manage the delivery of all HR processes, including planning, recruitment, learning & development, remuneration & reward, employee relations, motivation and retention.
- Work with each senior leader in the Plant to assess their vision and the Virtue & Talents needed to execute that vision (i.e. right organization, right leaders in the right place).

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will be qualified with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources along with a professional certification in the field of HR.

Having at least 8 years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues, knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management, and respective employment laws is required.
