HR Business Partner

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Join our team as an HR Business Partner and play a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR operational support to our business.

- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- To continuously strive to build the people capability within the business, in partnership with others in HR Department & Administration as necessary.
- To ensure the consistent implementation of a range of people policies; procedures and practice and to ensure adherence Labour Laws

REQUIREMENTS

- A Saudi national (as per KSA law) with a degree in HR and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, a good knowledge of KSA employment and labor laws.
- Previous experience in road and infrastructure or construction companies would be an advantage, as would a KSA driving license.
- Fluency in English is essential, and we prefer candidates who are available immediately.
