HR Business Partner

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in the oil and gas industry in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, providing strategic support to business units, and driving the implementation of HR initiatives to support the organization's overall success.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand and support their strategic and operational objectives, and provide expert HR guidance and support.
- Lead and support the implementation of HR initiatives, including talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development, to drive business results.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Provide coaching and support in the areas of employee relations, performance management, and career development, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Drive the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
- Partner with the HR team to develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership and management capabilities within the organization.
- Lead and support HR projects and initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR initiatives, preferably in the oil and gas industry or a related field.
- Proven experience in effectively partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives and deliver innovative HR solutions that support business objectives.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, and provide sound guidance to business leaders and employees.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute HR initiatives and projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
