JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a rapidly growing, highly successful organisation who is looking to hire a HR Consultant.

As HR Consultant your core responsibilities will be to perform advanced, specialised operational duties for a specific HR program or area. The role will involve performing quality assurance checks as well as participating in the design, development and implementation of innovative improvement programs. You will also ensure business practices are in accordance with all HR policies and labour laws.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate should preferably be a Saudi National who holds a bachelors Degree in business administration or HR. You should have at least 3 years experience within a consultancy firm and be prepared to travel. This is an excellent opportunity to work in this fast-paced / heavy workload environment and be part of a growing company.
