Description
Ninja is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR coordinator to support our human resources team in various administrative and operational functions. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in HR by gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage HR documentation, ensuring that employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Operations tasks, including payroll, letters, probation periods, and contracts.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Provide support in employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters and assist in resolving any issues.
- Prepare reports and maintain HR metrics for internal tracking and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
