JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Head of HR to join a large group in the Middle East. The company have an excellent reputation within its sector across the world.
The Role
As head of HR your role will be to fully set up the HR function for the company in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with the MD of the company.
HR Duties will include a range of activities including:
- Recruitment and talent management
- Training and development
- Implementing HR policy and procedures
- Building the HR team
- Payroll and reward
- Writing HR strategy for 2015
REQUIREMENTS
- 10 years of HR management experience
- Saudi National
- Excellent communication skills
- Good academic record
- Multinational experience is highly preferred
Salary
SAR 50,000 - 60,000
