HR Director (Saudi National) - Jeddah

Our client is one of the most prolific consumer companies with a global presence and instantly recognised brand. We are currently looking for a HR Director. This position is accountable for the successful delivery and performance of HR services in KSA.

You will be responsible for the following:
- Develop human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation and benefit plans, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, equal opportunity compliance, and labor relation
- Leading the integration of global programs & business strategies to maximize global and local business results on compliance with local regulations, clients, culture & workforce expectations.
- Supports the Country Leaders and management team as a strategic partner
- Drives employee engagement for the country in partnership with the Country Leaders
- Provides HR partnership and consulting to the country leaders, managers and employees and educates them on available resources as appropriate.
- Guides and coaches managers on how to appropriately manage and resolve complex HR issues (e.g., performance management and total rewards).
- Leverages best practices and identifies opportunities for efficiencies.
- Partner with team members throughout the HR organization to communicate and educate on HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
- Provide consultative support and guidance to managers on implementation / execution of core HR programs.
- Develops and maintains project plans, timelines and issues logs for all HR programs.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years HR experience from a consumer or related industry.

A background from a sales driven company is essential coupled with at least 5 years in the GCC.

A good generalist background with a focus on recruitment, L&D and business partnering would be an advantage.
