Employment: Full Time

The HR Director/VP of HR will be responsible for overseeing all human resources activities for a main contracting company based in Jeddah. This role will report directly to the CEO and work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.The HR Director/VP of HR will oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business success.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local laws and regulations, as well as company values and culture.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviewing, to ensure the company attracts and hires top talent.
- Develop and maintain employee relations programs that promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to employees.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Advise and coach managers on HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Continuously review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with industry best practices.
- Manage a team of HR professionals and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

SAR 80,000 to 110,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.


- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
