JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team in the oil and gas industry in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws in Saudi Arabia, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Coordinate and conduct employee orientation and training programs
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
- Assist in performance management processes, including performance appraisals and goal setting
- Maintain and update HR records and databases
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role in the oil and gas industry
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Professional certification such as PHR or SPHR will be an advantage
