HR Generalist and Administration Officer – Saudi Arabia
CLIENT
Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation in the Middle East. They are seeking a bilingual English- and Arabic-speaking HR Generalist and Administration Officer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Entering employment data into the company’s database
• Assisting senior HR staff with screening CVs and the hiring process
• Organising meetings and taking minutes
• Answering any employee inquiries
• Creating staff handbooks and newsletters
• Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
• Updating employee holiday and sickness records
• Setting up recruitment and training events
Requirements:
PROFILE• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology or equivalent is preferred
• Around 2-3 years’ experience in Human Resources
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Arabic
• Strong organizational skills, with high attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Due to our client’s ongoing commitment to Saudization, they are only seeking Saudi nationals, with good knowledge of local Saudi employment laws and procedures
