JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Develops organization strategies by identifying and studying human resources matters.
- Develops human resources strategies by designing the Human Resources functions responsibilities.
- Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff.
- Develops human resources operations financial strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

- Male
- Bachelor degree in HR management.
- Holds SHRM or SPHR designation.
- 10 - 12 years' experience in similar field.
- Excellent communication skills and awareness of KSA labor laws and KSA commercial legislations.
- Fluent English.
