Description
* Support with the development of the HR strategy
* Design the organisation structure and job grading
* Create job descriptions and competency frameworks
* Develop policies and procedures
* Create function process flows including performance management, recruitment, training
* Create employee handbook

REQUIREMENTS
* 7-10 years experience within the HR function of a multinational business
* Bachelor degree educated - Essential
* Master degree educated - Preferred
* Experience managing a large function - minimum of 300 employees within KSA
