JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager (Saudi national) to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes in a manufacturing industry in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage HR functions such as manpower plans, compensation & benefits, training & development, talent attraction & retention, and Human Resources overall budgeting.
• Lead the development and Form a strong organizational culture.
• Lead promotion, merit increase, and incentive projects .
• Manage and lead organization change management initiatives and plans.
• Manage and lead HR staff and teams.
• Oversea the implementation of the HR ERP software Form
• Enhance key strategic functions within HR such as talent development, performance management, succession planning, on-boarding, and others.
• Identify and communicate coherently areas that require improvements and change initiatives.
• Design and implement organization improvement and change management initiatives.
• Develop Total Reward Strategy and maintain a pay grading structure .
• Monitor compensation and benefits trends, and recommend any needed adjustment
• Create and Manage, Performance Management Framework/Performance Management Process and Procedures Manual.
• Enhance employee engagement and Manage internal communications in line with employee engagement strategies and plans.
• Manage and direct HR team in all HR sub-functions and develop HR team skills and competencies.
• Work with management to set HR strategies and goals aligned with the corporate strategy.
• Identify training and development needs and objectives within the organization .
• Manage and oversee the delivery of training programs.
• Manage the complete succession planning cycle for the company.
• Evaluate and update policies and procedures and ensuring obedience to such on a constant basis by all staff.
• Draft and compose new policies as the need arises that serve the business need.
• Build, confirm and get approval on manpower plans based on annual growth plans and budgets.
• Ensure the smooth running of the recruitment cycle.
• Develop, manage and monitor induction and orientation programs.
• Work with different business functions/lines to develop individual strategies that are aligned to the corporate needs of future human capital requirements.
• Design comprehensive HR reports (e.g. nationalization, demographics, redundancy, headcount reports, turnover reporting, compensation and benefit analysis, etc…).
• Become the project owner of corporate reporting and adherence to regulatory compliance with the ministry of Labour & Social Affairs, GOSI, HRDF, etc…).
• Handle the relationship between the organization and various Manpower outsourcing services providers
Requirements:
• Saudi National• Bachelor’s degree in business administration from a leading university.
• PHR, SPHR, GPHR certified (or equivalent certification) will be considered as an advantage
• At least 10 years’ post-qualification experience in Corporate HR Management in Oil & Gas or Manufacturing industry, at least 5 of which are in a managerial position
• Awareness of ISO 90001: 2015, and other procedures
• Understanding and practical knowledge of employment law and employer best practice.
Salary:
SAR
20,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Housing Allowance, Vehicle/Transportation Allowance, Medical Insurance, 30 calendar days paid annual vacation
