JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a large Real Estate Advisory Consultancy based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, providing expertise in market research, property valuations, project management, and investment strategies.

The Position
The position of HR Manager will be responsible for managing the Human Resources operations across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals to drive success and growth.
• Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, and create retention strategies to reduce turnover and enhance employee satisfaction.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring fair treatment.
• Implement performance appraisal systems, set clear expectations, and provide regular feedback and development plans.
• Design and deliver training programs to improve employees' skills, knowledge, and career development, ensuring continuous improvement and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, regulations, and company policies, minimizing legal risks and promoting fairness.
• Manage compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, equity, and alignment with company objectives.
• Use HR metrics and data analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve HR processes.
• Develop and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and equitable work environment.
• Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in and adaptability.

Requirements:

• Saudi labor law knowledge
• Experience in the construction or engineering industry
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage large workforces
• Proficiency in HR software
• Familiarity with recruitment processes in construction
• A proven track record driving HR initiatives with tangible results
• Hold a relevant industry degree

Salary:
SAR 35000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
