HR Manager – Multi National Engineering Co – Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia – Big Fish

Our client is a leading top tier MULTI NATIONAL facilities management service provider. They are a market leader, have a global presence and a reputation for quality. They have an established operation within the Middle East region, including Saudi Arabia and are currently recruiting for an Arabic HR Manager to join their team in Al Khobar.

• The role will be project based on a very important project in the Dammam/Khobar region.
• Ideally the candidate will have experience Saudi Arabia, they will be responsible for the HR function for the entire project (Engineering / EPC /MEP / FM experience would be ideal).
• They will be responsible for overseeing all HR Management, Recruitment Management, and HR Operations.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

• HR related University Degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR
• Should have working experience as HR in Facilities Management.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure
• Arabic Speakers
