My client is a multinational within the FMCG sector looking for a Saudi National to join the business as HR Manager.

The Role:

As a HR Manager your main responsibilities will include:

HR Strategy

Recruitment & Selection/ Exits

Performance Management/ Reward Management

Career Development/ Succession Management

Compensation & Benefits/ Job Evaluation

HR Administration/ HR Communication/ Third Party Management

Application of Employment Law

Advice/ Project Management

REQUIREMENTS

The Person:
The ideal candidate for this role must have the following:

Saudi National - essential
10 years HR experience - essential
Experience working for a Multinational and ideally within FMCG - essential
Excellent communication skills - essential

Salary:
AED 33,000 SAR
