JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Planning, directing, executing the leading of the various human resources functions and units to achieve company HR strategy.
• Support the business units managements in the company.
• Improving and developing the relationship with government entities related to HR.
• Sr. Management role, reporting to Chief Executive Officer

REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree in related discipline
• Minimum 8 years experience in a HR management role.
• Strong Leadership and management skills
• Fluent in English language
• Excellent in Computer Applications (MS Office, word, excel and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with ERP application (SAP)
• Saudi national only
