JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Looking for a human resource manager who will lead the HR Department and implement the HR policies, procedures, and systems in one of our Company (Car Leasing/Rental) with regards to Recruitment, HR Operations, Training & Development, Rewards, and Performance Management. Also, the role focuses on meeting the Saudization requirements and addressing the respective challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities and drive initiatives that support business growth.
- Monitor industry trends and ensure HR practices remain competitive and compliant.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent for Saudi Arabia.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, in accordance with company policies and Saudi labor laws.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct regular bench-marking and analysis to ensure the company’s offerings are aligned with industry standards.
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Implement leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Manage HR-related risks, including those related to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR practices to identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- At least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in Corporate HR Management
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Due to Saudisation regulations only Saudi Nationals can be considered for this role.
Salary:
SAR
13,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Housing allowance, Transportation allowance, Medical Insurance, 30 calendar days paid annual vacation
