JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsibilities
- Create and implement HR strategies that uphold the business goals of the organization and promote a happy workplace.
- Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and publishing of job openings as well as the interview and hiring processes to guarantee a seamless transition into the business.
- Handle and settle concerns, conflicts, and issues among employees.
- Encourage an inclusive and upbeat work environment.
- Create and oversee a method for evaluating performance that encourages excellence. Make ensuring that timely and consistent employee evaluations are carried out.
- improve employee performance and skills, identify training needs and design development programs. Organize workshops and training sessions.
- Keep an eye on pay and benefit plans to make sure they're competitive and meet industry norms.
- Make sure that labor rules and regulations are followed. Keep up with any changes to government reporting obligations or legal requirements that influence HR
- Enhance operational effectiveness and incorporate best practices, develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Improve work satisfaction and retention, plan and carry out employee engagement projects.
- Monitor and share HR metrics to evaluate the success of HR projects and activities. Provide senior management your thoughts and suggestions.
- Maintain a safe and healthy workplace by following safety guidelines and carrying out frequent safety audits and training.
Requirements:
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline.
- Master's degree in human resources management or a similar discipline is preferred
- Five years or more of experience in a managing HR position, ideally in the distribution or automotive sectors
- Thorough familiarity with Saudi labor laws and guidelines.
- Track record of success in performance management, employee relations, and recruiting management.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to inspire and guide a group.
- Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions.
- HRIS and other HR software proficiency is add on
- Proficient in Arabic and English.
- HR certifications such as PHR and SHRM-CP are advantageous
- Previous experience in the automotive or automobile distribution sectors.
- Proven capacity to handle change and function in a hectic setting
