JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
On behalf of our client a multinational maritime company that is based in Dammam KSA we are looking to recruit a HR Manager. Reporting to the GM you will be responsible for ensuring local implementation of global HR policies, processes and tools, support and advise local and area management on personnel related topics for all divisions, topics, conduct personnel administration in regards to HR processes, personnel files, monitor local reward structure, execute HR processes and ensure compliance to local employment law and regulations
Salary:
SAR
23,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must be a resident of the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, be degree educated in HR or Business with 5 years relevant HR experience, have an understanding of HR processes and tools with knowledge of local labor law and regulations, an understanding of the business and how HR & OD can contribute to delivering on business strategies, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with employees and managers at all levels, computer literate with strong communication skills in English
