JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
As the HR Operations Manager you will report directly to the CEO for a leading construction business based in KSA, this role will handle a workforce of 10,000 + employees.

The client is a leader in their industry and offers a highly progressive and competitive opportunity, as the HR Operations manager you will hold a minimum of 14 years experience in a similar HR role.
Description
The Key responsibilities of the role will include:
* Prepare and develop the human resources operations policies and procedures and ensure that they are implemented.
* Ensure the smooth running of the entire human resources operations department.
* Supervise the process of receiving requests from the employees, and check and complete them according to the specified time and required standards.
* Ensure the application of the Human Resources Department's policies and procedures in accordance with the Saudi labour system and the labour market conditions.
* Link the development of the Human Resources Department's objectives and systems and processes with the company's general strategy and build plans that help in the process of development and improvement of the employee services.
* Manage and follow up with the performance of the human resources operations by analysing the areas of weak performance, and developing them and their subsidiary departments.
* Supervise the preparation of the annual leave plan on an annual basis and have it approved by the relevant authorities.
* Supervise the process of employing the required personnel in the operations management in order to complete the work according to the appropriate skills and time.
* Ensure the efficiency of the administrative services provided to the employees.
* Supervise the implementation of the government services for the expatriate workers and ensure the provision of all services in a timely manner.
* Apply the approved policies on the employees and impose penalties on the violators according to the company's approved list of violations and penalties and ensure that they are registered in the system.
* Ensure the validity and accuracy of the employee's data in the human resources system and maintain employee files and official documents.
* . Supervise all human resources operations such as (vacations, letters of introduction, administrative letters, attendance and departure record, medical insurance, social insurance, clearance, etc.) and ensure the provision of all services in a timely manner.

Requirements:
The Successful candidate will have/be* CI PD, aPHRi, PHRi, APTD, CPTD certifications are preferred
* Bachelor's degree HRM, or their equivalent
* Bachelor with minimum 14 years of experience in a similar field
* Fluent in English language
* Proficiency in use of computers and its applications
* Communication skills
* High accuracy in analysis, thinking, and attention to the details
* Planning, organisational and development skills
* Saudi National required
