JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Supervisor to join our team in the Oil & Gas industry in Saudi Arabia. The HR Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and providing strategic HR support to the management team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of HR best practices in the Oil & Gas industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organizational goals and objectives

Salary:
SAR 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Housing allowance, Transportation allowance, Medical Insurance, 30 calendar days paid annual vacation

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience working in HR management roles within the Oil & Gas industry
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable
