JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HRBP to join our team in the fast-paced internet industry. The HRBP will play a key role in driving HR initiatives and providing strategic HR support to the business units. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about making a real impact in a rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to business unit leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that align with business objectives and contribute to a positive work culture
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver training and development programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and proactively address any HR-related legal issues

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an HRBP or HR generalist in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, preferably in the internet or technology industry
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Saudi Arabia, particularly in Riyadh
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and influence decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex HR concepts in a clear and compelling manner
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred

Salary:
SAR 10,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
