JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The HSE Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance within the construction consultancy company.
• They will assist the Project Manager / Director in developing and implementing HSE initiatives across the project, promoting a culture of safety, and fostering continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental practices.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in a construction environment.• Experience working across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and processes.
• Experience in implementing HSE standards and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage a challenging workload.
• Flexible and adaptable attitude towards work.
• Fluent in written and spoken English at a professional level.
• Professional Degree in a relevant field.
• HSE management certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 9001) are highly desirable.
