JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
My client, a top multinational HR Consulting firm, is looking to hire in the HR field for HR Consultant to be a part of its Riyadh team.
This person will be a subject matter expert in HR consulting, covering the following functions;
a. Organisational Development and Re-design
b. Restructuring and aligning exposure of the HR function
c. Strategy Design and Articulation
d. Performance Management
e. Compensation and Benefits
f. Project Management/ Change Management
g. Talent Management/Career development/ Succession planning
REQUIREMENTS
8 to 10 years of experience in the following HR Consulting practices;
Must have a thorough understanding of human resources principles and practices
Must employ critical thinking and utilise creative quality improvement tools and strategies in presenting ideas to clients
An effective communicator at all levels within an organization with good problem solving and analytical skills.
Able to use own initiative and work as part of a team.
