Join a leading retail organization as a Human Resource Manager, Senior People Partner, Senior Human Resource to lead HR operations in KSA, drive talent strategies, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Are you an experienced HR professional ready to lead HR operations and drive people strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment? Our client is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions in KSA, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and supporting their growing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary HR liaison for KSA, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team and managing HR policies and processes.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programs to meet business goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain strong employee relations.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and market competitiveness.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, engagement, and employee well-being.
- Analyze HR data and recommend improvements for efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in a similar HR role, preferably in KSA or GCC; retail experience preferred.- Leadership: Proven ability to manage HR teams and support a workforce of 300+ employees.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR systems like Oracle or SuccessFactors.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD) preferred.

Salary:
AED
20,000 to 22,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
