JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Support, inspire and challenge management as well as employees in all HR related topics & key HR activities with a continuous focus on business and employee development
Amongest others, the following topics:
• Recruitment and selection of new employees: CV screening, interviews set up, offer letters, contracts and onboarding
• Performance management (target setting, review, calibration)
• Compensation & benefits management in line with region / global standards (e.g. pay survey)
Coordinate HR administration in order to provide support to all staff regarding people related matters, amongst others the following topics:
• Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are validated and processed accurately and timely
• Manage vacation and sick leave requests
• Prepare labor contracts & termination orders
• Record-keeping of employment files (incl. employee master data management)
• Supervision and coordination of administration activities
• Ensure compliance of HR processes according to local labor law
• Handling and responding to employee queries and issues
• Collaborate and execute allocated HR projects
• Collect, compile, analyze and prepare management reports for all HR related data
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including HR administration, hiring, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefit administration, employees engagement, internal communication
• Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations in order to maintain compliance at all levels
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of employees
• Strong drive to get things done (proactively)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
