We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Officer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our human resources functions, contributing to the overall success of the organization. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Support employee performance management processes, including performance reviews, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, payroll, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and career growth.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement strategies to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives that support the organization's objectives and enhance HR capabilities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a related role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong sense of initiative.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- A collaborative team player with a passion for fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement.
