Responsibilities:
- Submitting planning programs and implementation initiatives in accordance with the procedural guide for training issued by the Ministry of Human Resources, and implementing this plan.
- Identifying recruitment needs based on studies and working on providing the required manpower.
- Managing human resources operations related to personnel affairs (recruitment, end-of-service procedures, promotions, etc.).
- Preparing periodic reports related to the company's employee journey and dealing with challenges.
- Participating in awareness campaigns related to social responsibility (social initiatives, volunteering, government data, etc.).
- Coordinating with relevant authorities and working to improve the work environment to achieve the goals of management and the company.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
- At least 4 years of experience.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office programs, and relevant specialized software.
