Responsibilities:

As a Senior Associate you will help our clients plan, finance, manage, and deliver large scale capital and infrastructure projects. As part of the team, you'll work with our clients throughout the full lifecycle of an infrastructure project by combining our engineering, technology, sector, and financial expertise to help our clients make a difference for tomorrow. Responsibilities Includes:

- Procurement and transaction advisory

- Drafting procurement documents and schedules

- Procurement documents review and precedent project benchmarking

- Policy advisory focused on federal and provincial government clients

- Business case preparation

- Risk analysis and quantification

- Financial analysis of project finance structures, instruments, and pricing

- Financial and general excel modeling

- Writing reports and memos

- Preparing power-point presentations

- Infrastructure sector and financial market research

- Drafting research and industry papers

- Proposal writing and business development
