JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client, a well-known HR solutions software provider, is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to be based in KSA. In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
- Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
- Arrange meetings of sales professionals.
- Will be constantly making calls for the sales teams to arrange their business meetings or calls with potential clients.
- Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Must hold a Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in inside sales.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills. Strong communication skills in English.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Should be open to work from home or the office as and when required.
