JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description
- Coordinates the implementation of all programs under the Integration services area
- Provides guidance and monitors compliance of integration programs
- Conducts random sample reviews of client case notes and case files to ensure quality and timeliness of service provision and fulfillment of documentation requirements .
- Prepares for and participates in on-site monitoring visits with the Site Director
- Implement, maintain and adhere to corporate Information Security Policies
- Understand and implement IT processes
- Provide feedback contributing to process improvement/Revamp
- Contribute to knowledgebase by adding new technical problems/ errors and how to resolve them.

Requirements:
Personal Skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving techniques
- Ownership and self-motivation

Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science .
- HIS (hospital information system) experience is a must
