JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The Human Resources manager is responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources policies and procedures are up to date and running smoothly.. You will be reporting to the SR HR Manager EMEA who is based in The Netherlands.

Client Details

The client is a leading player in the Oil & Gas space who are offering a fantastic opportunity for a contractor on a 4-6 month assignment to add value to the business.

Description

The Key responsibilities of the role will include

• Developing and administering human resources policies and procedures that relate to all company personnel
• Planning, organising, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department in general. Managing the HR employees.
• Contributing to the development of the local and HR department goals and objectives.
• Ensuring proper implementation of the company's compensation program.
• Performing benefits administration.
• Maintaining affirmative action programs.
• Creating and revising job descriptions.
• Developing, revising, maintaining and recommending personnel policies and procedures and the employee handbook.
• Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including job posting, performing interviews, etc.
• Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counselling. Overseeing exit interviews
• Maintaining department records and reports.
• Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts

Job Offer

• A Competitive Salary of up to 40,000SAR Pro rata

REQUIREMENTS

The Successful candidate will have/be

• Bachelor's degree or Master degree preferably in Human Resources, Business or Law
• A minimum of 5 year's work experience
• Knowledge of employment legislation and payroll principles;
• Thorough understanding and application of internal and external HR principles, concepts, practices and standards;
• Excellent planning and organisation skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues;
• Ability to be effective in a matrix organisation;
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred;
• Fluent in English;
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency, trustworthy and highly ethical
