Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed interior drawings using Revit, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details
  • Create functional and efficient space plans based on client requirements, design intent, and regulatory standards
  • Translate design concepts into precise construction documentation for fit-out execution
  • Coordinate with interior designers, MEP engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in interior space planning
  • Prepare layout revisions as needed
  • Maintain drawing standards and ensure compliance with local codes and project specifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in interior drafting and space planning
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit for interior documentation and layout development
  • Strong understanding of interior finishes, materials, and detailing
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and other drafting tools is a plus
  • Diploma or degree in Interior Design or related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in commercial, residential, or hospitality interior projects
  • Knowledge of local building codes and fit-out standards
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
