The Senior Manager of Interior Design is responsible for leading a large portfolio for our clients interior design portfolio, ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to completion. This role involves strategic planning, team management, stakeholders management, and adherence to design standards, while leveraging extensive design expertise to drive innovation and excellence in interior design projects.

Description

• Project Planning and Conceptualization: Initiate projects by collaborating with other departments to define their goals, preferences, and budget constraints. Responsible for creating design concepts and plans that align with the client's vision while considering functional requirements and aesthetic appeal.
• Budget Management: Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring that expenses stay within predefined limits. This involves cost estimation, procurement of materials and furnishings, and effective resource allocation.
• Team Coordination: Manage and lead a team of designers, architects, contractors, and other professionals. Review design proposals and oversee the entire project team, delegating tasks, setting timelines, and ensuring that everyone works cohesively to meet project objectives.
• Quality Control and Compliance: Uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, address any issues or deviations, and make certain that the final design aligns with safety and regulatory requirements.
