JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
My client, a leading master developer in KSA is seeking an Investment and Development Manager - Hospitality to join their expanding team in Riyadh. You will play an integral part of the development team in overseeing a portfolio of hospitality and real estate assets and developing new partnerships with external investors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage critical development processes of a diverse hospitality portfolio
- Develop project briefs for all hospitality assets within portfolio
- Carry out market analysis and identify new business opportunities
- Build new relationships with prospective partners and investors
- Develop innovative ways of improving business functions and increasing profitability
REQUIREMENTS
- To be considered for this position you should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Investment, Business Admin, Hospitality Management or other relevant discipline and will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience within hospitality development and investment management
