JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A newly established CMA licensed Asset Manager in Riyadh; part of a larger UAE asset management company is looking for a head of investment operations to be based in Riyadh. The job will entail supporting the launch and management of funds in real estate and private equity in particular from an operational perspective. Working with administrators, banks and custodians, to ensuring NAV integrity, fund accounting, reporting (regulatory and client), ensuring recordkeeping, payment of fund expenses, ensuring financial statements are prepared and satisfactory for auditors, working with auditors to complete audits, CMA reporting, working with compliance and legal on fund T&Cs, working with third party service provider appointments e.g valuers, tax compliance for the funds etc.
Requirements:
The candidate will have atleast 5 years of relevant operations and middle office experience within an asset management company, which has focused on alternative asset classes such as real estate and private equity. Must shown clear knowledge of areas such as basic fund accounting, NAVs, fund operation etc.Knowledge of the CMA regime and the investment fund regulations is a plus and relevant experience in Saudi Arabia will count materially.
Salary:
SAR
20,000 to 40,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
