Job Description

• Provide day-to-day support for all internal hotel IT & AV systems and users.
• Record all issues that arise and report to the IT Manager any issues that need further attention.
• Manage and maintain IT Inventory
• Recommend system improvements to the IT Manager
• Respond to any Guest-related IT requirements immediately in a very polite and welcoming manner.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
• Sound knowledge in hotel IT telecommunication & AV operation.
• Willing to learn new technologies and update knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Previous IT experience, preferably in the hotel, leisure, and/or service sector
• Experience with Microsoft Servers and clients mandotory/ Linux server/ VMware/ SAN Storage/ cloud backup and local Backup.
• Experience with Network switches, Wi-Fi access points, HSIA, and troubleshooting is an added advantage (Basic Network troubleshooting knowledge is mandatory)
• Experience with hotel applications, such as Oracle Opera and Micros/Infrasys, KOT printers and receipt printers, IPTV, Avaya IP, and analog Telephony PABX knowledge preferred.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
