JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Description
Provide technical assistance for laptops and handheld devices.
Evaluate internet coverage in the ticketing area and ensure consistent performance.
Install SIM cards into handheld devices and 5G routers.
Configure access points in the ticketing booths.
Train the operational team on the use of handheld devices.
Resolve technical issues with end users' handheld devices and mobile applications.
Deliver IT support services at specified sites.
Guarantee adequate Wi-Fi coverage in parking zones.
Escalate any unidentified issues to the relevant service providers for resolution.
Disassemble IT equipment and assist in relocating it to the designated area.
Requirements
- Experience in technical support field is required.
- Start working date: 23-Nov-2025 till 30-Nov-2025.
