Job Description
- Team Coordination: Assign tasks, establish timelines, and ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
- Deployment Planning: Work closely with the project coordinators on the deployment plans for replacing the laptops.
- Ensure that deployment schedules are realistic and disruption to operations.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively for the laptop replacement task. Ensure that the team members have the necessary tools, equipment.
- Problem Solving: Address any challenges or issues that arise during the laptop replacement activities promptly and make sure to work with your team members to troubleshoot problems.
- Collect the old assets and make sure the replacement check list been filled correctly and the sanitization report been signed by the end users.
- Deliver the old assets to Client W.H and make sure the Transfer orders been closed by Client W.H officer.
- Follow Client Security standards and safety rules.
