JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support inquiries.
- Provide support in person, over the phone or via remote access.
- Diagnose problems with computer software, peripherals, and hardware.
- Run software diagnostic tools and physical inspection of hardware systems.
- Talk to customers through core problem-solving processes.
- Provide basic computer training.
- Install and update hardware and software systems.
- Writing training manuals.
- Follow-up with customers.
- Complete support
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- English language.
- 5 years experience.
