JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Japanese Chef
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 14K SAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualification, plus transportation and accommodation
Job Location: Saudi Arabia
About the Client:
An industrial catering services company expert in hospitality and institutional catering across MENA
Job Description:
• Oversee kitchen operations in the site
• Supervise team with daily menu and meal preparation
• Manage meal preparation for 20-30 staffs (3 meals/day with maximum 2-3 dishes)
• Ensure minimum kitchen wastage
• Communicate with clients/staffs in the site
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Japanese and Filipino nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 3 years experience in the same role
• Preferably with strong understanding of Japanese cuisine and prior experience in contract catering
• Open to home country experience
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
