JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job duties
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job platforms/newspapers/colleges etc
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc
Screen candidates’ resume and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Requirements:
Experience and skills required for the jobHave relevant work exposure (even internships experience is accepted)
Have great communication and writing skills
Be energetic - proactive.
Be disciplined and organized.
Excellent Research skills
