JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
•ISO Gap analysis, SWOT analysis.
•Have a strong knowledge in ISO 37000.
•Assessing governance maturity.
•Reviewing the Fund’s governance framework, policies and procedures.
•Evaluating the effectiveness of governance structures (such as: the Council, committees, executive management).
•Evaluating the effectiveness of governance principles in operational practices.
•Comparing performance with best practices and models related to governance maturity.
•Conduct interviews and surveys with key stakeholders.
•Propose customized solutions to bridge identified governance gaps and improve maturity levels.
•Train stakeholders in governance while improving their understanding of .IS principles.
•Design and deliver training sessions for key stakeholders (e.g. Board, executives, governance teams).
•Develop training materials, guides and governance reference documents
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree (Business administration, Industrial engineering, quality management….•Have experience at least 5 years
•ISO Gap analysis, SWOT analysis.
•Have a strong knowledge in ISO 37000.
•Assessing governance maturity.
