About the Client:
An industrial catering services company for a project in Neom.

Job Description:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan to achieve project objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals, particularly in catering service delivery.
- Oversee the day-to-day catering operations, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality food and service to meet the diverse needs of camp personnel.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, building and maintaining strong relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of client needs, with a special focus on catering requirements.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project, including finance, operations, catering, and human resources, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of services.
- Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, including catering staff, fostering a collaborative environment that drives performance, innovation, and excellence in food service.

Requirements:

- Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities
- Male, 45 years old and below
- Diploma or any relevant certificates
- At least 15 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a remote site catering
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects, particularly in the catering or hospitality industry, with focus on client relationship management and operational excellence
- Experience in the Middle East Region is preferred, with an understanding of local business practices and cultural considerations
- Knowledge of the NEOM region and its specific requirements is advantageous, with experience in similar large-scale catering projects.
