JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Responsible for the upload, and verification of all merchant information for the KeeTa Saudi team, ensuring efficient, complete, and accurate information.
• Establish a KeeTa Saudi onboarding team with localized capabilities through internal staff management and outsourcing, and continuously improve staff productivity.
• Establish a comprehensive internal and external collaborative workflow and supervision mechanism for the team, and continuously iterate to ensure the team serves the business accurately and efficiently.

• Highly responsible with a steadfast commitment to achieving goals and delivering results.
• Strong learning ability, with a willingness to continuously acquire new skills and adapt to changing business landscapes
• Contributes positively to the team dynamic, supports colleagues, and enhances team effectiveness through exceptional communication skills.
• Fluent in English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Candidates with experience in merchant operation support will be given priority.
• Candidates with experience in managing outsourced staff will be given priority.
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
