Role: L&D program manager / consultant

Employment type: 8 months contract with possibility of extension, outsourced

Work location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Notice period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 1-2 weeks of notice

Required experience

Should have 8-10+ years of relevant experience

Should come with prior working experience in L&D field

Strong program management experience is key

Need someone who understands how to plan for delivery training

Hands-on experience in reporting, tracking progress, and KPIs development

Coordinating with attendees to track attendance and check if assessments are completed

Should be coordinating and supporting the program manager with reporting and tracking

Native Arabic speaking skills are required
